Please help us by reading some important information on shipping and images:

Shipping

• Orders are shipped every friday.
  • We use registered mail as standard for best value. Usually, shipping takes 10-14 working days.
  • We use 90% recycled products for packing.
  • Standard packing: $6.00
    We use cardboard backing with a ziplock bag in a standard envelope.
    After shipping over 60 pickguards around the world with this method, we’ve had only had 1 damaged pickguard from postal abuse!
    Tortis pickguards are made from epoxy resin which is tough stuff and in our tests, the force required to break a pickguard is so great that even more packing materials are unlikely to protect the guard.
  • Please contact us if you require a pickguard faster, or an enhanced service like DHL or EMS speedpost or if you are not comfortable with our standard packing.
  • Please note, all shipping is Free Of Board. If our packaging fails, we will gladly refund you the full cost of your order or provide a replacement. If the courier/post service manages to destroy the pickguard, we will gladly assist in helping you claim for the cost of the pickguard.
